Campsites and holiday parks :

You will find staff who will speak at least 2 languages in addition to French. There will be a reception area (or administration building for holiday parks) staffed 24/7. You will find a play area for children in the communal areas as well as numerous guest facilities (internet access in communal areas, drinks facilities etc).

The staff have to speak at least one language other than French, with reception open for at least 5 hours per day (apart from arrival day and a rest day). The accommodation will have a surface area of at least 15m2 for two persons including the kitchen area, bathroom excluded. Communal areas are more spacious than a 1 star residence (notably the reception and lounge areas) with a minimum surface area of 60m2 (20m2 in a 1 star residence).

Accommodation labelled “two person rental” will have a surface area of at least 15m2, including the kitchen area, bathroom excluded. Communal areas are more spacious than those of a 1 star residence (notably the reception and lounge areas) with a minimum surface area of 50m2 (20m2 in a 1 star residence).
