Staff have to speak another language in addition to French, with reception open for at least 5 hours per day (excluding arrival day and a day off). The accommodation has a surface area of at least 12m2 for two people, kitchen area included, excluding bathroom. The communal areas are more spacious than those of a 1 star residence (reception and lounges in particular).
Holiday village :
Reception will be open for at least 6 hours each day (excluding arrival day, during school holidays). Accommodation labelled “two person rental” will be at least 12m2, kitchen area included, excluding bathroom. Communal areas are more spacious than those of a 1 star residence (reception and lounges in particular) with a minimum surface area of 50m2 (20m2 in 1 star accommodation).
